COMPANY POLICIES
If a rough estimate can't be provided via pictures and without visiting the site we charge a $50 trip charge.
We require a 25-30% deposit on jobs totaling over $1,700.We charge a $200 rescheduling fee is a reschedule is required 24 before hours before a notice is given to avoid such fee.
REFUNDS
If a customer decides they want a refund we will only refund 50% of the deposit amount.If work has already started and more than 50% of the deposit amount equates to the work already completed if there is a racial, descrimitive, threatening, or illegal acts from a customer we will terminate the contract and refund 0 - 25% of the remaining amount.
